Then there are the great days when I talk to that one person that says I will do whatever it takes to regain my health. They change their diet, start juicing, add supplements, drink purified water, detox their system, start exercising, de-stress their life, build a support team around them, they give it to God and commit to give their body what it needs to repair and renew.
Yesterday I heard from one of those individuals. Manuel and his wife Connie called me just before Thanksgiving 2007. Manuel was battling cancer for the fourth time and had other health challenges as well. He gave it to God and changed everything. Connie saw such improvement in Manual she joined him changing her diet as well and their lives have totally changed.
Yesterday they sent me a quick email to update me and let me know how their roadtrip was going. "Manuel has been feeling great and we are having a great time in Arizona. They left San Antonio Jan 9th and will be heading back around Feb 15th." They also sent a link to their blog. If any of you are interested check it out http://esparzacm.blogspot.com/
I am collector of photos of sunrises and sunsets... even better still are those moments when I am there enjoying them myself. To me a sunrise is that quiet moment when God whispers Good Morning, we are going to have a tremendous day. Or at the end of the day as the sun sets when God lets me know we have had another spectacular day and we should just be thankful.
I am looking at one of the most spectacular sunsets I have ever seen that comes from Manuel & Connie's blog and I just had to share it with you.
Blessings,
